Another great European night at Old Trafford.
United: Van Der Sar, Neville (C), Ferdinand, Vidic, Evra, Valencia, Scholes, Fletcher, Nani, Park, Rooney
The tactical are right, the players carried the task perfectly, and the fans are superb. Rooney return is crucial for us, and i cant see Berbatov filling the Rooney's role in 4-3-3 formation. He could but cant be that effective.
1st half Milan looked threatening us in early minutes (Ronaldinho's and Huntelaar's chance), but after Rooney's header, everything seem to going our way.
2nd half are 1 sided show. Milan failed to coped our attacking pace. They opened a gap at the back and paid a price. Park simply the MOTM and the others are quiet excellent too. After entrance of Beckham, Milan seem back to the game with his delivery and crosses. But its little too late and Huntelaar and Inzaghi make things worse for them for misses of chances.
Madrid are out, hopefully Barca and Chelsea will follow too. The journey to Bernabeu are still far away but lets enjoy this moment and keep the momentum..
