Title Hunt - Recharged

United 3-0 West Ham

Get beaten last time will make this tie more important for the defending champion. There's no live telecast, i watched the delay on the next day.

United: Foster, Neville (C), Brown, Vidic, Evra, Valencia, Scholes, Gibson, Anderson, Rooney, Berbatov.

The line up looking odd, perhaps the gaffer want to fresh things up and have one eye on Carling Cup Final on weekend. Great to see Vidic back.

1st Half: Its an open contest, both sides had a chances to breakthrough. Anderson unfortunate withdrawaj through knee injury. Park in for him. Rooney got it for United in 38th minute through a good link up play between Berbatov and Valencia.

2nd Half: The game resume like the 1st half, an open game. Once again, Rooney buried his header to tighten up United's lead. When 3 points looked assure, Sir Alex brought in Owen-Diouf for Rooney-Berbatov. And the Englishman coolly buried home, thanks for great through ball from the another English International, Scholes. Icing on the cake.

United close the gap to the leader by one solitary point. Hopefully Man City will do us a favour this Saturday.
